The content on the Site, including without limitation text, software, audio, photos and videos (the “Site Content”), is intended for informational and entertainment purposes only.
You may access and view the Site Content for your personal, lawful, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, upload, post, transmit, modify, reverse engineer or distribute in any way Site Content without the written permission of Fiodio® Keyboard, Monitor.

Purchasing Products
The Site allows you to purchase various Fiodio® branded technology products, including computer keyboards, monitors, dash cams, speakers, headsets and related accessories (“Products”).
Product listings on the Site provide details about the item along with purchase options. If you would like to buy a Product, you can add it to your cart, proceed through the checkout process to place an order, and complete your purchase.
All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by us. We reserve the right to reject any order or stop making any Product available for sale at any time and for any reason.
Pricing: The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in U.S. dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States. We periodically update our Product pricing, so the final price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is processed. Price increases will not affect any orders that we have already accepted and confirmed.
Shipping & Delivery: The shipping and delivery terms for orders will be provided at checkout and in the order confirmation email based on your shipping destination, selected shipping method and other factors. We will make reasonable efforts to fulfill your order according to the provided delivery estimate, but cannot guarantee a specific delivery date.
Title and risk of loss passes to you when we transfer the Products to the carrier for delivery. We currently only ship to addresses located in the United States.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit and debit cards for orders placed through the Site. You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use any payment method provided.
Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable federal, state or local sales or other taxes that apply to your purchase, unless exempt by law. Taxes, if any, are calculated based on your shipping destination and the sales tax rate in effect at the time your order is accepted and processed.

We have no obligation to monitor, display or remove User Content, but reserve the right to do so at any time. User Content does not necessarily reflect our views or those of our affiliates.
Return Policy
We want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase from Fiodio® Keyboard, Monitor. If you are not completely happy with your order for any reason, you may return eligible items for a full refund, subject to the policy below.
Returns and Exchanges: Certain Products purchased on the Site may be returned or exchanged, subject to the following guidelines:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We do not accept returns after 30 days.
- Items must be returned in new, unused and undamaged condition with original tags and packaging. Do not open software or destroy any seals prior to return.
- Opened software, damaged items and items missing original packaging cannot be returned or exchanged.
- A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns and exchanges.
Refunds: Refunds are generally processed back to the original payment method used within 5-7 business days of our receiving your return. Refund timing may vary for returns via mail.
Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the shipping costs to return items to us. We cannot issue a refund if return postage is not prepaid by you.
Restricted Items: The following types of Products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Gift cards and certain promotional items
- Custom or personalized orders
- Hazardous materials and liquids
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in our sole discretion.

FIODIO® KEYBOARD, MONITOR MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES THAT THE SITE, SITE CONTENT OR PRODUCTS ARE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, CURRENT OR ERROR-FREE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE QUALITY OF PRODUCTS PURCHASED THROUGH THE SITE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
Limitation of Liability
FIODIO® KEYBOARD, MONITOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SITE, PRODUCTS OR SITE CONTENT.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED $100.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Indemnification

Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, then that provision will be severed from these Terms and not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
